What COSMELOR® offers formulators
The dispersion technology behind COSMELOR® allows for high pigment loading, up to 55% for Red Iron Oxide, so formulators get strong color and coverage while using less material. The pigments also produce a high-gloss, 'glass skin' finish in water-based serums, tints, and nail polishes without needing extra additives.
Because the dispersions are ready to use, formulators can skip grinding and go straight to mixing, which cuts down on R&D time. Production runs under ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, and the pigments hold their color and consistency in storage from batch to batch.
Customers and market access
COSMAX and Paragon, two of the largest OEM/ODM manufacturers in the industry, use COSMELOR® in their formulations, and the pigments are also part of the supply chain for L'Oréal group companies. All COSMELOR® WC Series products are NMPA-registered in China, which lets brands enter that market without a separate registration process.
