Founded in 1977 and devoted to the color industry ever since, Wooshin Pigment is a globally competitive niche company that supplies high-quality pigments worldwide from production bases in Korea, Vietnam, and India, and is looking for core talent to grow together with the company.

Position Overview

The role is in International Sales & Strategic Planning at the assistant manager (gwajang) level, hired as a regular, ongoing (rolling) position. The workplace is Seoul or Iksan, negotiable, with the possibility of an overseas posting.

Key Responsibilities

This role spans international sales and strategic planning to drive the growth of the global business: overseeing management of global clients and import/export operations centered on Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets; researching and developing new overseas markets and building business partnerships; establishing and executing business strategy based on product and market data analysis; managing local clients and running projects through overseas business trips; collaborating closely with overseas subsidiaries in Vietnam, India, and elsewhere; and establishing and standardizing global product pricing policy.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in international sales at the assistant manager level, capable of smooth global communication in business English or a local language, with logical, data-driven thinking and strong planning ability, a strong sense of responsibility and diligence with an eye for detail, and the drive to grow with the company's long-term vision without fear of challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference is given to candidates with a background in the Marine Corps, Special Forces, or special operations units; deep understanding of and experience in Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, or Indian markets; experience in the paint, pigment, or chemical industries; experience working as an overseas expatriate or leading overseas projects; and a TOEIC score of 900 or higher (or an equivalent certified English score).

Working Conditions & Benefits

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and ability, at industry-leading levels. Benefits include the four major statutory insurances and a retirement pension, performance-based incentives tied to business results, opportunities for overseas business travel, housing support for postings outside Seoul or overseas, and support for employee self-development, along with other benefits under company policy.

Hiring Process

The process runs through document screening, a first-round working-level interview, a second-round executive interview, and final selection. This hiring process runs on a rolling basis until the position is filled, with interviews scheduled in the order applications are received.
