A Commitment to Global Solidarity: Wooshin Pigment’s Support for Laos Dam Collapse Victims

On July 23, 2018, the collapse of Saddle Dam D, part of the Xe-Pian Xe-Namnoy hydropower project in Laos, led to devastating floods in the Attapeu and Champasak provinces. The disaster resulted in at least 71 deaths, over 10,000 displacements, and widespread destruction of homes and infrastructure .

In response to this humanitarian crisis, Wooshin Pigment, in partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprises Love Sharing Foundation, donated ₩40 million to the Republic of Korea National Red Cross on July 31, 2018.
